Fall 2013 Wishlist

Daily doses of beauty blogs has crafted quite a long wishlist for things I would love to own this fall season. I find myself lusting after a number of products to add to my collection after seeking out multiple reviews and evaluating what I already have on hand. Here's my current list of needs wants and the justification I am giving myself as to why they are necessary. I've included prices rounded up to the nearest dollar which may not reflect the cheapest they can be found but is merely what I retrieved from the direct product website.
  • Sephora beautyblender $40, this particular set I'm looking at includes two beautyblenders and a cleaner. My preferred method of applying foundation has been the use of makeup sponges and I would love to own a couple of these bad boys as a more durable option.
  • Benefit's the POREfessional $30, I have a mini version of this stuff in a kit that I purchased and when that runs out I will definitely be finding a way to get my hands on this stuff. A little really goes a long way pressing it into your pores and they magically disappear.
  • Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk $7, this great deepy rusty red shade with a shimmer would be a great color to wear for fall. It brings some color into your makeup without being out there crazy and still appropriate for day time wear.
  • Maybelline Color Whisper $8, now that I've purchased one I want them all. This has easily become my favorite new lip product (aside from my trusty old friend Chapstick) that I couldn't even pick just one color I want. Definitely will wait for a BOGO sale on these and probably stocking up on all of them. Some colors in particular that I'm eyeing right now are Berry Ready, Pink Possibilities, Rose of Attraction and Pin-Up Peach.
  • theBalm Nude 'Tude $36, I've been debating spending my Birchbox points on this for awhile now, but I'm all about the neutrals and this seems like such a great palette for what I like. Great pigmented colors for everyday and saucy night looks.
  • YSL Baby Doll Mascara $30, after watching all of Casey's makeup tutorials where she uses this stuff I really need to try it. Need to figure out if I can snag a sample from somewhere because my stubborn lashes can be quite difficult and it would be unfortunate to drop the money and have it not work as well for me. But her lashes are to die for after she uses this, full, dark and so lusciously long.
  • Physicians Formula Bronze Booster $15, reviews rave that this bronzer is comparable to high end products and works great as an all over bronzer or for contouring. I have yet to contour with success because usually it turns out a scary mess but I would love to try this out and see if I can get more success.
  • I Love Juicy Shampoo $20, while I don't have super oily hair, I smelled this shampoo in store and would love to own a bottle of this delicious smelling goo. I justify this lust with the thought that it could work as a great bi-weekly clarifying shampoo that will leave me smelling like a delicious tropical smoothie.
  • Popcorn Lip Scrub $10, I currently don't own a lip scrub so it would be great to try out this one from Lush to banish the slight flakiness and scrub away the product build up on my lips.
  • MAC Paint Pot in Soft Ochre $20, this paint pot seems to be every beauty guru's go to base for their eyeshadows. Naturally being the sheep I am I must try it to. It is just a matte cream eyeshadow that is pretty much nude and works to conceal and smooth out the color of your eyelid and provide a base that really makes shadows pop.
  • Lovely Jubblies $26, I'll admit the name makes me giggle and that's half the reason why I want this. I've seen multiple reviews on this product and I'm curious to see if it really works.
  • Nyx Studio Finishing Powder $10, once I get through my Mineral Veil, I will be out to buy this. I want to try a more translucent rather than colored powder to set my makeup because that was the problem I found with the Mineral Veil, I didn't like how it would add color to my foundation that I so meticulously hunted for to match.
  • Nars Light Reflecting Pressed Powder $34, after seeing multiple rave reviews of this product I am just dying to get my hands on this and try it out. It seems like something perfect to carry around in my purse for those small touch ups throughout the day especially since I am cursed with an extremely oily T-zone by the end of the day. I thought having bangs would help in masking that...not even going to get into that horror story about how wrong I am.
  • it Cosmetics Brow Power $24, I found fill up pages talking about how much I love this. I received a sample size of this in a Birchbox and never again will I fill in my brows with anything else. The color is perfect and I end up with natural full brows that wear all day even before a brow gel. I will sell my soul in order to buy this is in full size once my sample is out.
  • Ulta, this last one I got a little greedy, but is it so much to ask for an Ulta to be located closer to where I live?? I was first introduced to this wondrous beauty Disneyland-like place last year and it is just amazing how one store I would be able to find all my drugstore and high end needs. So Ulta, I'm begging you, open a store close to me!!
It goes without saying that I am constantly wanting nail polish, but those seem to escape my self control and I am always buying new colors on a whim. Anyone else have that problem with certain products? What are some things on your wishlist right now?
