Project Pan! October 2013

This month I have launched my first Project Pan! For those who are unfamiliar with this idea it is basically a pledge to a few products to use them and hit pan aka finish them up. I have chosen eight items, which may seem like a lot, however most of them are pretty much gone, or they are items I literally have reached for in a year so I might as well force myself to finish them up.

1. First up is this Revlon Colorstay 12 Hour Eye Shadow palette in 11 Sultry Smoke. This bad boy may be the first eyeshadows I bought almost 10 years ago. This was recently found when I was cleaning out some drawers and it is high time that it got used up.

2. There seems to be a trend of Revlon products and old age, next is Revlon Luxurious Color Perle Eye Shadow in 045 Black Galaxy. I've already hit pan on this one so finishing it off should be cake.

3. This Mineral Veil from Bare Escentuals came in the powder foundation starter kit. It works great however I am not a fan of the pinkish tint it has on my face so I found myself grabbing this one less over the years.

4/5. Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me and Peach Kiss. Out of all my lip products these were just the least grabbed for, it is time for these to go so I can fill my drawer with more Color Whispers and Lip Butters.

6. I find myself with quite a collection of eyeliners and this L'Oreal HIP Color Chrome Eyeliner in 910 Black Shock is a fun sparkly black that seems to have been lost in the shuffle.

7. In my high school days brown eyeliner was the only color my mom would let me wear, enter the Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner in black/brown.

8. Maybelline Expert Wear Brow Liner in Velvet Black, ended up being an pencil that was too dark for my brow so having to make consistent light strokes got difficult. I have since moved onto a different brand but the time has come to finish this pencil up to make space for new things.

Those are the items I will be concentrating on this month. They have been pulled out of my makeup storage and placed in a container to ensure that I will reach for these daily. An update on my progress will be posted at the end of the month!
