Whats in my Trash?! Empties #3

This is a little earlier than usual, I moved it up to monthly because I've been really working my way through samples so I have more empties to share as well as I've been setting aside my favorites to work my way through some products that got pushed to the side and I've decided it's high time to finish them up and declutter a bit.

  • Equate Nail Polish Remover. I've gone through a few of these but this is the only one I remembered to photograph before I chucked. I have quite a collection of these since every time I go to the store I pick one up since I think I'm out. Really no preference to the brand.
  • Pond's Makeup Cleansing Wipes. Not one, not two, but three packs of these makeup wipes are done with. I've returned to these instead of the cream makeup remover but I think I need to switch back again since I'm finding the wiping to be rough on my skin. Nevertheless these are really handy for travel so I always have a stash of these on hand.
  • Matrix Biolage Exquisite Oil Shampoo & Conditioner Samples. I really wanted to like this shampoo since I'm searching for a new combination to try but it just wasn't anything spectacular.
  • Hope in a Jar Sample. The smell of this and just how oily and heavy it felt on my face, I did not like it at all. Still have a few samples of this stuff to use up but at least this packet is done with.
  • Revlon Shadow Quad. I know this doesn't look finished but it's from my Project Pan and you can find a more in depth explanation for this one. Definitely will not repurchase.
  • Strawberry Chapstick. Not one but two of these are done! I have multiple chapsticks open at a time so this is the one from my nightstand and then the one that's in my work bag that got finished. Hands down my favorite lip balm and definitely have already repurchased (I have this stockpiled).
  • Cover Girl Clump Crusher Mascara. My favorite mascara! I also have a stockpile of these as I simply cannot get through a day without this.
  • Revlon Single Shadow. This was also a Project Pan item, won't be repurchasing this I have plenty of eye shadows to use up.
  • Macadamia Oil Deep Repair Masque Sample. I've had this for awhile and finally got around to using it. I absolutely love this and I've already picked up a full sized one! Quick tip: Target sells this for $18 which is wayyy cheaper than you can find in any beauty store or online!
  • Hempz Coconut Body Souffle Sample. I should have read the packet before using it because definitely wasn't aware this was a shimmer body lotion. Not overly impressed and besides the glitter, just wasn't that great of a moisturizer and I won't be repurchasing.
  • Batiste Dry Shampoo. I talked about this in an unfavorites so I'm pleased to be done with this and will not be repurchasing this ever again.
  • Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser. This was featured in my very first unfavorites ever and finally finally FINALLY I am done with this horrible product. I just hated how it made my skin feel so greasy after I used it and it would take 2-3 face washes to get away that feeling, plus it didn't even take off all my makeup even when I was hardcore scrubbing away at it.
  • it Cosmetics Brow Power Sample. I was so sad that I finished this, it was totally unexpected. I'm torn between whether or not to repurchase because it is my favorite but it is just so pricey. Chances are I'm breaking down and repurchasing this soon though.
  • L'Oreal Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner in Black. I've had this forever and recently unearthed it and decided to use it up. It's very dark and creamy but it smudges like crazy and isn't long lasting. Won't be picking this up again.
  • Philosophy 3-in-1 French Vanilla Bean Sample. Smells delicious but I have no use buying anything like this, it was nice to use but that's the end of it.
