What's in my Trash?! #10

Project Pan has been a success for me lately and I definitely blew through some products. This month I also finished some favorites of mine! I almost went over my usual 15 items per month but I decided to go ahead and just save it for next month.

  • Soft Lips Cube. This vanilla one smelled delicious and tasted like a cupcake but it was a little waxy and not too moisturizing on my lips. I won't buy this flavor again but I've been using the Pomegranate Blueberry one and I'm getting much better results!
  • Clear Clinic Laboratories Vanished Sample. This is a pretty effective spot treatment and I actually already bought a full size of this before it was even finished. However I'm seeing how unsanitary this is, there is a lot of floaters and I cringe thinking of the bacteria in there. Despite liking it a lot, I won't be repurchasing it for that reason.
  • Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub in Almond & Honey. This is my favorite body scrub, cheap and effective. I want to try other scents but I ended up picking this same scent up again since I couldn't find the Shea Nut scent I wanted to try. I will keep repurchasing this stuff for sure!
  • Michael Todd Honey and Oat Cleanser. I looove this stuff! I already have a full size purchased and probably will continue to. It is the perfect daily cleanser that leaves my face feeling extra soft and clean but not stripped of moisture.
  • Vasanti BrightenUp! Cleanser Sample. Another love of mine that I already had a full size standing in the wings for. I like to use this as a weekly morning deep exfoliate, usually as a treat on the weekends. It works so well and my skin feels so smooth after each use.
  • Simple Revitalizing Eye Roll On. Birchbox introduced me to this guy and sadly I think it was a Birchbox exclusive that they no longer sell. If I had the option I would keep on buying this forever, wish I knew to stock up on this stuff!
  • Vanilla Mint Chapstick. So waxy and not hydrating at all. I hated this one and won't ever be purchasing this flavor again!
  • Nourish Organic Argan & Rosewater Face Lotion. This smelled so bad I tried it once on my face and couldn't do it again. It wasn't super hydrating but I used it on my elbows until this little sample was gone. Definitely won't be repurchasing.
  • Aveeno Daily Detoxifying Scrub. The perfect gentle daily scrub that I use every morning. I like to pack on the creams and serums at night so I feel like I need a little extra help in the morning to get to clean face status. This is another item I hoard so I will keep repurchasing this one for awhile.
  • Suave Keratin Dry Shampoo. I wasn't crazy about this dry shampoo, it soaked up the oil but left my hair feeling stiff and chunky if that makes sense. It was cheap but not something I will buy again.
  • L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara. I was a huge fan of this stuff but I feel like it dried up pretty fast and it wasn't as volumizing after about a month. I purchased another one but if I have the same experience I don't think I will be buying it again.
  • Covergirl Clump Crusher Mascara. The holy grail of drugstore mascaras, I try a lot of them bu always come back to this one. It's also the best mascara to layer with anything because it is the perfect final comb through brush and formula.
  • Benefit Gimme Brow. Really wasn't a fan of this, the color was a little ashy for me that I wasn't crazy about. I think I will stick with clear brow gels from now on.
  • Benefit Benetint Sample. No secret I hate this stuff. It was in my Project Pan forever. I'm just not a tint/stain kind of person.
  • Starlooks Eyeliner. Another Project Pan victim, took forever to get through it. It's not a bad eyeliner but it did smudge a little bit and not work well with my oily lids sometimes.
